Bracknell Town Larges Lane, Bracknell Town FC

Ascot Design was commissioned to submit a detailed planning application for a new mixed-use scheme for Bracknell Town Football Club. The scheme comprised 16 dwellings along the Larges Lane frontage, enabling the development of a new club house and 3G pitch facility for the football club. Ascot Design successfully achieved planning permission for the combined scheme and assisted with detail design for the client.
