Ascot Design is growing – and we’re looking for a talented Chartered RIBA Architect to join our award-winning team in London. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading projects through RIBA stages 2-7
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and details
- Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
- Chairing site, design and client meetings and managing project timelines
- Delivering complex projects under traditional procurement routes
What we’re looking for:
- Chartered Architect with around 5 years post RIBA part 3 qualification
- Strong technical skills and experience with AutoCAD
- Confident communicator with great client-facing abilities
- Solid understanding of the design process and contract administration
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 (bonus point for Revit or MS Project)
