We emphasise the wellbeing and the professional and personal development of the AD team. Our support encompasses their training and educational journeys, including actively cultivating a culture of mentorship, and we consistently strive to lead with empathy. Furthermore, we offer valuable placements, internships, and immersive work experiences for young individuals, thereby supporting their career development and facilitating career opportunities whenever possible.
We are devoted to nurturing and developing the next generation of talent in our community and take immense pride in our efforts to do so. Our aim is to continually develop a class of new talent worthy of the title ‘Ascot Designers’.
We are honoured to support the esteemed architecture charity, Article 25. Their mission involves designing and constructing high-quality hospitals, schools, and homes in the areas that need them most.
With our support, their team has successfully completed over 100 building projects across 35 countries worldwide, overcoming challenges such as earthquake risks, remote locations, extreme weather, and unreliable power supplies.

Our engagement with clients who prioritise environmental concerns is growing, and we are frequently commissioned for bona fide ecological projects where the environment is of paramount importance.
